Cancellation & renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month. To cancel, we ask for at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date. You can give notice at any time from Billing in your SITEVYRA account.
If your notice reaches us at least 30 days before your next renewal date, your subscription ends on that date and you will not be charged again. If it reaches us later, your next monthly renewal goes ahead as normal and your subscription ends at the close of that final month.
Your service continues in full until your subscription ends, and we always show you the exact end date before you confirm. Cancelling does not automatically refund earlier payments, and your statutory rights are not affected.
